Valentine's Day, Seacoast Style!

Here's to the holiday when we celebrate all the people, places, and things we love; that's pretty special, don't you think? Valentine's Day is also an excuse to eat copious amounts of chocolate (sans guilt), which we can definitely get on board with!

Treat someone special, a kiddo you love, or even yourself! We're sharing a few local spots in which to indulge in Valentine essentials this year - cards, flowers, and, of course, sweet treats!

We always enjoy visiting Gus & Ruby Letterpress for chic stationery. This boutique is also stocked with artisan chocolate bars and extra cutie heart mugs (As seen in photo above)!

For our friends driving through Kittery, we love Tayla Mac's selection of cards; down the road in Greenland, Whims & Whatnots always offers a beautiful selection of meaningful gifts for those you love.

And we can't forget the minimalist mini-cards at janegee!

We're loving Daytrip Society's beautiful selection of Rifle Paper Company cards, as well as cute gifts for kids and kids at heart!

Our year-round go-to for all things floral is the Flower Kiosk in downtown Portsmouth. Have you seen what new owner Vanessa has done with the space??

On Valentine's Day, Sweet Annie Floral will host a pop-up shop at Gus & Ruby Letterpress!

We think macarons from La Maison Navarre are always an exquisite indulgence - vanilla, strawberry, rose... our tastebuds are happy with every flavor!

Boulangerie has been making heart-shaped dark chocolates, filled with Maine coast roast espresso ganache, all week long! These chocolates (and other varieties), are festively packaged and ready for gifting! Plus, the heart-shaped sugar and linzer cookies are cute as buttons!

Craving antioxidants? Why not try the new Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Smoothie Bowl from Laney & Lu??

What do you think about giving a "date night" to your sweetie pie?

Maybe a night on the town with dinner and a movie at The Music Hall??

What's most important on Valentine's Day is four simple letters - L.O.V.E.

Send it, spread it, feel it, give it.

Here's to a happy day!
